Monoblocks Of Wedged (Fizeau) Interferometers

 

The Interferometer has been designed for use as interferometric device in laser wavelength-meters (lambda-meters). All optical components of monoblocks including outside prisms are assembled using optical contact technology.

The wedged gaps of Fizeau interferometers are formed by the internal PR-surface of the assembly's upper plate and corresponding upper PR-surfaces of wedged plates. The design of assemblies allows filling them with an inert gas to decrease dispersion within the working spectral range.
